Our work - Proven solutions for real-world problems.

We believe in efficiency and maximizing our resources to provide the best value to our clients. The primary way we do that is by re-using the same five projects we’ve been developing for the past decade.

Dashboard design, Data transparency

Family Dashboard

The Family Dashboard centralizes everything: the Naughty-Nice Meter, interactive wish lists, QR thank-you flows, and donation tracking.

Parents set budgets and approvals, kids see progress in real time, and supporters can send “Christmas Magic” that is safely converted into parent-approved gifts.

The dashboard made it easy to manage both of our kids. We can see their Meters, reorder their lists, and track every bit of Magic from QR cards—no guesswork, just clear progress.

Interactive Christmas List

The interactive Christmas List connects directly with the Naughty-Nice Meter to create a magical, gamified experience for kids.

As a child’s Christmas Magic grows, more presents are unlocked from a catalog of parent- and Santa-approved gifts. Kids can reorder and prioritize their list, learning to make choices and balance wants vs. effort.

The interactive list gave my kids something to look forward to all year. They loved moving gifts up and down their list as their Naughty-Nice Meter grew. As parents, we felt in control because the catalog was safe and budgeted.

Naughty-Nice Meter

The Naughty-Nice Meter is a 365-point, year-round progress system that celebrates everyday kindness and effort.

Good deeds earn “Christmas Magic.” When helpers receive a thank-you card, a QR code lets supporters donate; donations become Magic—not cash—that parents convert into approved gifts.

The Naughty-Nice Meter gave our kids a positive, visible goal. They started looking for ways to help—holding doors, tidying shared spaces, writing thank-you notes—and the “Christmas Magic” language kept it fun and age-appropriate.

We approached Studio because we loved their past work. They delivered something remarkably similar in record time.
