Case Study - Interactive Christmas List
A playful, parent-approved gift list that adapts to each child’s Naughty-Nice Meter. The higher the meter, the more presents are unlocked from Santa’s approved catalog, and kids can explore, reorder, and dream with their own list.

Overview
The Interactive Christmas List brings the Naughty-Nice Meter to life. Instead of a static wish list, kids get a dynamic, playful catalog that changes with their kindness progress.
When a child earns Christmas Magic, their present allowance expands. The Naughty-Nice Meter directly adjusts the number of gifts that can be chosen—from a handful at the start of the year to the maximum their parents have set for December.
The gift options are not random: they come from a Santa-approved catalog curated by parents. Children can drag and reorder presents on their list, placing their dream gift at the top or rearranging as their interests change. This playful interaction gives kids a sense of agency while teaching them how priorities shift with effort and patience.
For parents, the list stays budget-aware and safe. Parents control the total budget, approve every item, and decide how many gifts are unlocked per Naughty-Nice level. Donors who contribute to the child’s Christmas Magic don’t see dollar signs—they see a magical progress bar turning good deeds into holiday joy.
In short, the interactive list makes the holiday season an ongoing journey, not a one-night event.
